"LOVE IS OUR FAVORITE EXPERIMENT"Real support for intimacy, desire, connection, and the beautiful experiment of being human together.
I help individuals and couples navigate desire differences, postpartum shifts, sexual concerns, shame, communication struggles, and disconnection. My work is somatic, trauma-informed, and shame-free, with a focus on curiosity, realness, and meaningful change. I also bring a gentle awareness of energy, embodiment, and nervous system support into the broader healing work I offer. Together, we explore what is happening beneath the surface so you can build relationships that feel safer, more honest, more playful, and more alive. Because intimacy is not just about sex. It is about connection, embodiment, and creating a life with real chemistry.
You might be here because... Because your relationship feels more like a roommate situation than a romantic one.
Because desire has gotten complicated.
Because postpartum changed more than you expected.
Because you love your partner, but something feels off.
Because you want more honesty, more connection, more aliveness, or more room to be fully yourself.
Because intimacy feels important to you, and also harder than anyone told you it would be.
It's not about perfection. It’s about creating more honesty, more safety, more connection, and more room to be fully yourself.
This work makes space for the real stuff: desire, disconnection, shame, identity, communication, relationship patterns, and the places where people often feel stuck or alone.
The goal is not to force a formula. It’s to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and what helps connection come alive again.
What is Intimacy and sex coaching?-
Intimacy and sex coaching is a collaborative, shame-free space to explore the emotional, relational, and embodied parts of intimacy.
My work is not therapy, and it is not just about “fixing sex.” It is about helping people better understand desire, communication, connection, boundaries, patterns, identity, and the places where things feel tender, confusing, stuck, or hard to talk about.
Together, we make space for more honesty, more self-understanding, and more possibility in your relationship to yourself, your body, your partners, and your intimate life.
-
This work is for individuals and couples who want a more honest, connected, and alive relationship with intimacy.
That includes people navigating desire differences, sexual concerns, postpartum shifts, communication struggles, relationship transitions, shame, disconnection, and nontraditional relationship dynamics.
This is an inclusive space for queer, trans, non-binary, polyamorous, open, and otherwise nonconforming people and relationships, as well as people in more traditional dynamics who want support that feels thoughtful, warm, and free of judgment.
-
My approach is somatic, trauma-informed, and shame-free, with space for the emotional, relational, and body-based layers that shape intimacy in real life.
Depending on the client and the kind of support they are seeking, our work may include conversation, reflection, practical tools, body awareness, nervous system support, and gentle energetic awareness. I also offer Reiki as part of the broader healing work available through The Connection Lab.
The goal is not perfection. It is to help you feel more connected, more resourced, and more able to create intimacy that feels safe, real, and aligned.

What People Are Saying“My wife and I benefited from Sarah’s coaching. Sarah provided some great “try it at home” material for promoting intimacy and building our marriage. Sarah helped us “break the ice” on a “I’d rather not talk about it” topic: sex. Which sounds strange, with us being happily married so long. But things can go stale if not preserved and nurtured. I’m encouraged by our progress; we’re early in our re-discovery of each other. It’s gonna be good.”
“Sarah has been the best support I could’ve asked for! She’s created such a warm and non-judgemental environment where I truly feel free to be my full self for the first time in my life! Her coaching has been deeply impactful for my self-expression and overall mental health. Sarah is the most wonderful and kind human being that I have full confidence can significantly help anyone who is looking to improve their relationships, intimacy, and sex life. Not only will she help strengthen your potential for deep connection with others, but will also help you connect with yourself. I couldn’t recommend enough to give her coaching a try and see how her wise and kind soul can enrich your life!”
